Ahhh, Shelley, Chris and Joey.
Our babies were born 3 days apart at the same hospital in San Francisco. Shelley and I met at a “mommy movie” when the kids were 2 months old and have been inseparable ever since. In fact, this month marks our 1-year “anniversary” of being friends and I never could have imagined meeting such a loving, hilarious, adorable, amazing woman to have in my life! I feel so privileged to share the experience of motherhood with her and am so incredibly proud to call her my friend.
Now that I’m all teary, let me just get to the pictures! Clearly, you can see this couple takes themselves way too seriously:
The occasion for finally doing a “real” photoshoot was because their absolutely incredible au pair, Helen, is departing for home soon and they wanted to capture a few family photos of someone that quickly became part of their family in embarking on Joey’s first year together! We met at Golden Gate Park, by the Academy of Sciences and DeYoung Museum…such a gorgeous location!
Sweet Joey has a smile that lights up his entire HEAD and everyone else’s around him!
