Y’all know I love me some Lover’s Lane in the Presidio. It’s quiet, it’s deserted, the lighting is romantic…and then you add Jaime + Jess and the scene becomes drop-dead-gorgeous. Jaime was 37 weeks pregnant when we did this shoot. Yes, thirty-seven. She shouldn’t be allowed to look this good, but that’s Jaime!

Jaime was our neighbor when we lived in San Diego back-in-the-day, and we followed her up to San Francisco (okay, she and my hubby both desperately wanted to move here and I was the big hold-out…shame on me as we’ve never looked back!). She met Jess a few years ago here in SF and to say they are the perfect match would be a complete understatement. She is the yin to his yang, as they say. Aside from being a gorgeous couple (what is it with the people I shoot – they are all straight out of magazine ads!), they are some of the sweetest, most thoughtful people you will ever meet. They are the kind of people that, if we ever got in a bind, we would call them and they’d already be at our side to help before we hang up the phone.

They welcomed Baby Anna into the world last week and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them into our world of parenthood. We love you, Jaime + Jess!
